Practising together on the auspicious evenings of each month - a Buddhist tradition going way back! The dates for the rest of this year are as follows:
September 29th Saturday at 7.30pm
October 29th Monday at 7.30pm
November 27th Tuesday at 7.00pm
December 28th Friday at 7.30pm
Do consider coming along even if you are not familiar with puja (devotional ritual). There will be the opportunity for meditation as well. All will begin at 7.30, except the Tuesday one which starts at 7.00pm and is part of a special Triratna Night.

“The first hour of each session will be devoted to meditation, the second to Puja (devotional practice). You are welcome to attend for the full two hours or for the hour that suits you. These will not be taught sessions so are open to those who are already familiar with Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana. I hope you will be able to come along.....see you there!”
A new series of out popular foundation dharma study groups aimed at people who have attended Triratna Classes for a while, want to find out more about Buddhism and get to know other people who have been coming along for a while.
These introductory study and discussion groups run Tue 10 -12am & Thu 7.30-9.30pm
